Dík chlapci za rady. Trochu jsem si zase procvičil angličtinu. Z toho 1000+1 informací s kladným i záporným výsledkem jsem si vybral náhodně na zkoušku tento postup z 8.3.2008:

The imaging drum light on my 2550L was blinking and I could no longer print. So I did a small variation of Ron D.L.'s methods. Here's what I did:
- disconnect printer USB cable
- turn off printer
- hold the green button and turn on printer
- hold the green button until only the green GO light is on
- pressed the middle PINK button.
- watch the lights reset
- wait a few seconds until only the green GO light is on.
- released the GO button.
- reconnected the printer USB cable (windows vista reinstalled the printer driver automatically)
- test print OK.

Asi co FW tiskárny to originál. Při průběhu procesu svítily kontrolky jinak, než se píše v postupu. Nesvítila jen zelená kontrolka u GO button, ale také zelená kontrolka nad ní u "ležatého písmene C" (musel bych hledat někde význam této kontrolky).
Podstatné je, že se to vyresetovalo.
