Mam tu EKT DID7006mTF.

RAM je rovnaka - 2x Nanya NT5CB128M16FP (2x 256MB).
Flash su dve - paralelna NAND Micron 29F4G08ABADA (tiez 512MB) a zospodu je SPI NOR Winbond 25Q32JVSIQ (4MB) - tam bude asi bootloader a kernel.
Je tam este wifi modul (USB) s Mediatek MT7601UN.
Chladic z procesora som nestrhaval.

V prednom rohu je konektor CN1, co vyzera ako UART.
