    What you should do? It's simple. Stop selling such a second hand non functional rubbish and refund the salary to me. The IC's have the footprint of previous usage - rest of solder and scraped leads. Let's give it up, it makes no sense as you are not ready to take your responsibility for invalid goods.

    Dear Lisa,
    I have available fully functional generator based on the MAX038. The MAX038 is placed into the socket - not soldered into PCB, so it can be easily replaced. The check process step by step was as follows:
    - check the geneator device is functional - OK
    - switch off the device
    - replace current IC with the delivered one
    - switch on the device
    - check the generator is functional - no signal was generated
    - switch off the device
    - plug out the delivered IC and plug in the origin one
    - switch the generator on
    - check the device functionality - OK
    The same was performed for the 2nd delivered IC with the same result.

    The IC's don't work. They were plugged-in into the IC socket of the MAX038 based working generator and no wave was generated.
